RTS Properties Group is an owner-operated real estate company based in Lexington, Massachusetts. We own and manage residential property in the area — today, a two-family home in nearby Wakefield — and we invest for the long term. We aren't a fund and we aren't flippers; we buy to keep, look after what we own, and plan years ahead.

RTS Properties Group is led by its founder, Robert Schruender — an engineer by training and a longtime executive who has led operations, manufacturing, and growth at a global clinical-diagnostics company. He brings that operator's discipline to real estate: careful numbers, hands-on management, and a long time horizon. When you work with RTS, you deal directly with the owner — the person accountable for every decision and every door.
